Andrzej Klimowski
Andrzej Klimowski was born in 1949 in London. Painter, graphic artist, author of graphic novels and animated movies. He studies at St. Martins School of Art in London. Then he had internship at Warsaw Acadamy of Fine Arts. He perceives graphic design as a wide range of possibilities. He combines many techniques and oscilates between many art disciplines. In Poland he is mostly known for his dark, collage posters (movie, theatrical...) inspired by Polish and Russian photomontage from interwar period, and surreal visions of de Chirico and Magritte.
