Monika Starowicz

She was born in 1974 in Katowice. Graduated with a diploma from Katowice Academy of Fine Arts in 2000. Starowicz occupies herself with graphic design, drawing, illustration and poster design. She also took part in numerous poster exhibition in Poland such as: - Polish Poster Biennale, Katowice in 2001, 2003, 2005 - International Poster Biennale, Warsaw in 2002, 2004, 2006 - International Theatre Poster Biennale, Rzeszow in 2003, 2005 and also abroad: International Poster Triennal in Toyama, Japan – 2000, 2006; International Invitational Poster Exhibition in Ogaki, Japan – 2000, 2002, 2004; Trnava Poster Triennal, Slovakia -2000, 2003, 2006, Colorado International Invitational Poster Exhibition, USA - 2001, 2003; Tehran International Poster Biennale Iran - 2003, 2007; Hong Kong International Poster Triennal, China - 2004; Golden Bee 6, Moscow International Biennale of Graphic Design, Russia 2004; 4th International Triennial of the Stage Poster, Sofia, Bulgaria - 2004; International Poster Biennal Lahti, Finland – 2005, 2007.
