Zbigniew Kaja

He was born on the 20th of June in 1924, Poznan. Died on the 6th of October in 1983. Polish graphic artist, stage designer, poster artist, one of the founders of acclaimed Polish School of Poster. He made use of almost all disciplines and techniques - drawing, etching, woodcut, monotyping, linocut, bookplate. He is best known for cultural and political posters. The most famous one is entitled "We remember". His work is extremely difficult to catalouge - it is spread, both in private and national collections.
