Jerzy Gluszek

Born in 1956 in Wrocław. He studied at the National Higher Education School in Wrocław, from which he graduated in 1981. Painter, drawer and illustrator, he specializes in the pastel technique. Illustrated i. a.: Goodnight and hush, Dorota Hartwich, Wydawnictwo Format, Łagiewniki 2008. Awards: 1985 - Prize in the all-Polish Contest „Impresje polskie”, Toruń 1986 - Honour Award in the II all-Polish Triennale of the Polish Drawing, Lubaczów 1987 - Award, all-Polish Exhibition of pastels, Nowy Sącz 2000 - I Prize in the contest „Przedwiośnie 2000”, Kielce 2005 - Bronze Medal, "Satyrykon", Legnica 2006 - Award, International Cartoon Contest, Siria 2007 - Honour Award, Karpik 2007, Niemodlin 2007 - Master Prize, International Biennale of Drawing and Illustration "Master Cup" China 2008 - Grand Prix, „Koziołki”, Poznań
